Publication of the Chief Executive’s Report on Submissions to the Kilkenny Draft Development Plan

The Department of Rural and Community Development (DRCD) are interested in getting your views on Public Participation Networks (PPNs). PPNs were first set up six years ago. They are now operational in all counties in Ireland and have over 18,000 groups with over 1.5 million members registered with them. Memorandum of Understanding Kilkenny PPN and Kilkenny Local Authority 2018-2021

The present Memorandum of Understanding between Kilkenny PPN and Kilkenny Local Authority. Kilkenny PPN is an independent entity but is hosted by Kilkenny Local Authority. While this had previously been approved, some minor alterations have been made reflecting the new accommodation of the PPN and the new circulars from the Department.
