Dear PPN Members Please note that the Draft Kilkenny City and County Development Plan 2021-2027 and the associated Environmental Reports will be published for public consultation on Consult.Kilkenny.ie. and copies made available at all Kilkenny Libraries from the 22nd of December 2020 until the 12th of March 2021 (subject to Covid-19 protocols and restrictions in place at the time). €2.5 million fund for community groups involved in Covid-19
