Kilkenny Public Participation Network has launched the new Social Inclusion Plan designed to strengthen how social inclusion concerns are raised, structured and progressed within local decision-making. Kilkenny Public Participation Network (PPN) is pleased to share that Social Inclusion Working Group have submitted a response to Kilkenny County Council Draft County Kilkenny Heritage Strategy 2026-2030 . The Social Inclusion Working Group centered it submission on the importance of embedding equity, diversity, and cultural representation in all aspects of heritage planning.
