Memorandum of Understanding Kilkenny PPN and Kilkenny Local Authority 2018-2021

The present Memorandum of Understanding between Kilkenny PPN and Kilkenny Local Authority. Kilkenny PPN is an independent entity but is hosted by Kilkenny Local Authority. While this had previously been approved, some minor alterations have been made reflecting the new accommodation of the PPN and the new circulars from the Department.
