The Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment is funding community, voluntary and not-for-profit organisations to provide citizens with basic digital skills training under the “Digital Skills for Citizens” Grant Scheme. The scheme aims to provide citizens who have never used the internet with the confidence, motivation and skills to reap the benefits of today’s digital world. National Inventory of Intangible Cultural Heritage – Kilkenny

The goal is to record elements of our national and local living heritage that are still being practiced and passed down from generation to generation. If you are aware of any practices, customs, traditions, crafts and other forms of intangible cultural heritage in Kilkenny, you are invited to make submissions to the National Inventory.
