The Callan Variety Club are a voluntary based club, in the town of Callan, organised by the community, for the community. The club was formed in 1988 and with two exceptions have performed their shows each year for three nights in St. Bridgids College Callan concert hall. Over the years they have generated in excess of €200,000, which has been donated to many deserving organisations within the town of Callan.
