Foroige Parent Group from The Drum Cafe
After Easter Foróige DRUM Youth Project & Health Café will be running Parent Groups every Friday. It will have a focus on health and well-being and will include workshops in Yoga, Mindfulness and Fitness. It will also include healthy eating cookery demonstrations.
