This event will be held on Wednesday, 12th November from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Thomastown Community Centre.

This in-person event is your opportunity to:

  • Learn about ongoing local projects and initiatives
  • Connect and network with other community groups and services

  • Strengthening the PPN Social Inclusion Pillar, Consultant Rita Kearney
  • The history and future of the Thomastown Community Centre, Seamus Quigley
  • Gowran MUGA project – impact of Community-led Action in Gowran, Mick Kenny, member of the Gowran on the Move group
  • The Upper Paddock community biodiversity garden, Clodagh O’Holahan
  • The Work and Activities of the Thomastown Community Network, Lisa Karkut

This event is a fantastic opportunity for community groups, PPN representatives, local services & organisations, and educators to showcase their work, connect, and share experiences. Also you’ll be in with a chance to WIN a beautiful Kilkenny Made Hamper!

Host an Information Stand for your Group (limited space available)

Groups interested in hosting an information stand to share their work may reserve a table by selecting the option when reserving tickets below.

Information Stand tickets are limited to 1 ticket per group. A total of 10 tables will be available, and must be shared between two individual groups. (Note: stands may only be reserved by members or affiliate members of the Kilkenny Public Participation Network)
