Event Support (including Workshops & Conferences)

The EPA research programme has allocated budget to provide funding to support workshops, seminars and other events. Normally the amount of funding per event will not exceed €3,000. Funding is provided only for events with a clear relevance to Irish environmental research priorities and on the condition that the events are run on a not-for-profit basis. Minister Humphreys announces a further €45m under the Regional Enterprise Development Fund

The Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation, Heather Humphreys TD, today, announced that she would be making a further €45 million available under the Regional Enterprise Development Fund (REDF). Muintir na Tíre Funding

Muintir na Tíre has been allocated funding by the Department of Rural and Community Development to install Carbon Monoxide alarms in the homes of elderly and vulnerable persons. This programme is aimed at persons who do not have existing alarms and do not have the resources to install alarms themselves.
