Kilkenny St Patrick's Day 2022  Community pageant – Running with the wolves  The Kilkenny St. Patrick’s Day Parade will take place on Thursday the 17th March at 1.30pm. The present Memorandum of Understanding between Kilkenny PPN and Kilkenny Local Authority. Kilkenny PPN is an independent entity but is hosted by Kilkenny Local Authority. While this had previously been approved, some minor alterations have been made reflecting the new accommodation of the PPN and the new circulars from the Department.
